Mary Louise Loughlin, 72, of Rockwell passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016, at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. Mary was born on May 31, 1944 in Elizabeth, New Jersey daughter of the late Edgar Hazlet Sebold and Alice Murphy Sebold.

Mrs. Loughlin was a 1962 graduate of Neptune High School in New Jersey and moved to NC in 2005. She was a Home Healthcare Caregiver before retiring. Mary was a member of Highest Praise Family Worship Center in China Grove, where she met her best friend, Anita Wallis. Her Faith and church activities were a major part of her life. She enjoyed drawing, cooking, crocheting and she loved being with her grandchildren.

Survivors include children, David E. Lettice and wife Jill of Marlboro, New Jersey, Tom J. Lettice of Rockwell and Lori Ann Gunther of Granite Quarry; grandchildren, Priscilla, Katie, Becca Lynn, Charlie, Taylor, T.J., Brendan and Eric; and two special women who were a part of her family, Erica Lettice and Kari Ashbaugh.

Her life and her joy was her church, so in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Highest Praise Family Worship Center, 1700 Bostian Road, China Grove, NC 28023. (704) 857-6500
