Michael Anthony Melton, 59, of Salisbury, NC passed away November, 11, 2016 at his residence.

Michael was born September 4, 1957 in Alexandria, VA. In his spare time, he enjoyed being in nature, gardening, and writing. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by 3 sisters, Cindy Melton Englebert (Scott) of Georgia; Karen Melton of Salisbury, NC; and Denise Friend of Idaho; 2 brothers, Joseph Melton and Ralph Eugene Melton, both of Florida; and many other family members.

There is not a service scheduled at this time.
