Nancy May Hawkins Frazier, age 82, of Davidson passed away on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Five Oaks Manor Nursing Home in Concord.

Born March 28, 1938 in Mecklenburg County, NC she was the daughter of the late Charles B. Frazier and Ollie McClure Frazier. Nancy was always an animal lover and spent some time in her youth barrel racing horses at the local rodeo. Later, Nancy and late husband, Jimmy F. Frazier, owned several businesses over the years including a diner, craft store, and Best Buy manufactured home sales in Salisbury. Together they owned a farm in Cabarrus County for many years and eventually added roads and converted the property into a community now known as Frazier Acres.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy F. Frazier II in September 2020, and two brothers, Thomas Edward Hawkins and Charles B Hawkins Jr.

Survivors include sister in law, Frances Hawkins, and two nephews, Thomas E. Hawkins, Jr. and William B. Hawkins.

There will be no services. Memorials may be made to Hospice. Special thanks are extended to Five Oaks Manor for the care given to Nancy during the years she was there and especially for the relationships created with staff and residents.
