Rose Marie Riggs, 58, of Salisbury, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024 at Kiser Hospice House in Salisbury, NC.

She was born October 4, 1966 in Baltimore, MD to James and Edith Allman Devaney.

In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her husband, James David Riggs.

Rose enjoyed spending time with her family and walking in her neighborhood.

Rose is survived by her daughters, Brooke Alexis Carol Riggs and Bailey Ann Riggs; son, John Raymond MClain, Jr.; sister, Sylvia Jean Devaney (Brenda) Zents; brothers, Timothy Wayne Devaney, James Franklin (Donna) Devaney Jr.

The Celebration of Life will be held at 1pm on Friday, November 15th at the Granite Quarry Legion Building, 300 Legion Street Granite Quarry, NC 28146.
