Tammy Walker Otten, 61, of Rockwell, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022 after a long illness.

Tammy was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Dorothy and Walter Black; her sister, Patty and brother, David.

Tammy is survived by her husband, Steven Otten; father, William Walker; daughter, Amanda Walker; step-daughter, Athenia Otten; and step-son, Connor Otten. She is also survived by siblings, Richard Black, Bill Walker, Keith Walker, Carol Walker, and Stephanie Walker as well as several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in New York.
