Thomas “Tommy” Foster Williams, 67, of Norwood, passed away on Tuesday June 16, 2015 at his residence. Tommy was born on February 10, 1948 in Floyd County, Georgia to Mrs. Sarah Griffin Williams and the late Thomas Eugene Williams.

Thomas worked as a loan officer in the banking industry and enjoyed playing golf and going fishing. More than anything, he loved spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a twin brother, Randy Williams.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Carolyn Williams of Norwood; a son, Clint Williams and wife Kelli of Norwood; three sisters, Sally Kirk and husband James of Marietta, GA, Becky Houston of Kennesaw, GA, and Jane Haywood and husband Kenny of Acworth, GA; a sister-in-law, Linda Williams of Monroe, NC; two granddaughters who were his loves, Ashley and Addison; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday June 26, 2015 at 4:00 PM at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, GA. The family will receive friends at the cemetery before and after the service.
