Tommy Lee Johnson, 68, of Denton, passed away on Wednesday January 28, 2015 at his home surrounded by family. Mr. Johnson was born on May 23, 1946 in Davidson County to the late Benjamin Franklin Johnson and Lula Brewer Johnson.

Tommy was of the Baptist faith and worked as a construction worker. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching movies, and playing his guitar. He loved spending time with his family and doing carpentry work.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Tommy Lee Johnson Jr.; a daughter, Pamela Ann Johnson; a sister, Joyce Ann Johnson; and two sons, Jerry F. Johnson and William K. Johnson.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Margaret Louise Johnson of Denton; a son, Marty Allen Johnson of Denton; and two grandchildren, Marty Allen Johnson and Matthew Lee Johnson.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
