Virginia Ann Falkner Goodman, 74, of Concord, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis. She was born on November 30, 1942 in Concord, NC to Crawford and Lucy Hagler Falkner.

Virginia worked as a Kids Plus Teacher and in her spare time enjoyed making crafts and jewelry.

Virginia is survived by her son, Rick Barrier (Donna) of China Grove, NC; daughters, Rita Mann of Concord, and Vonda Barbee of Concord; brother, Ray Falkner of SC; sister, Mary Roberts of FL; 5 grandchildren & 2 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Goodman; sister, Elsie Hallman, and brother, Bill Falkner.

There will be a memorial service held Sunday, July 23, 2017 from 1pm – 3pm at her home on Patricia Drive. If you have any relevant photographs please bring them.
