Fred, Carol, and families,
My heart goes out to all of you. Sam was such a beautiful person. How sad he had to leave us at such a young age. I’m so grateful we had the opportunity to get together for the family reunion when we did. We had such a good time together. I never thought that would be the last time I would see Sammy. I will miss him.
I know how close Sammy was to his family and hope you can all find strength from each other to get through this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
God bless you Sam. I love you.

Im still at a loss for words…The last day I remember was Saturday, we were talking about old times & laughing at eachothers stupid jokes. The last 3 words I heard from you were the 3 words I will forever hear you say. My heart is broken in so many pieces & I dont understand why. You were such a young, remarkable, genuine, sweet, kind & humble human being. We had our fair share of ups & downs but we were best friends, even when neither of us was accepted by our families, we put that to the side to enjoy one another. I miss you so much already & the days ahead are going to get harder for me because the reality of this is your gone. Your in a much better place. Your with God & I know you will watch over me & your family. I will see you again soon sweetheart & until then RIP for thats the true happiness you were seeking. I love you Sam 🙁

I am so sorry to read about your loss. I know that Samuel Ray will be missed. The Bible speaks of a time when Samuel, along with millions who have died over the years, will hear Jesus voice and wake up from this sleep of death. (John 5:28,29, & Acts 24:15). What is so wonderful about this is that all these persons have the privilege of seeing death being done away with forever (Isah25:8 & Revelations 21:3,4) and to live again forever(John11:25 & Romans 6:23). May you find comfort in what God will accomplish in the near future,
