Let the family know you care by sharing this tribute.

Fredrick Lee Huffman, lovingly known to everyone as “Uncle Lee”—whether they were related to him or not—was born on November 8, 1944.
He passed away peacefully at home and entered Heaven on October 22, with his longtime caregiver and niece, Jenny, by his side.
Uncle Lee loved fishing and was an avid sports fan. He especially loved the Atlanta Braves and the Carolina Panthers. He also enjoyed old Western moviesband television shows from the 1970s.
Fredrick was the oldest son and the last surviving member of his immediate family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aline Ritch Huffman and Ira B. Huffman; his sisters, Hazel, Linda, and Margaret; and his brothers, Larry Huffman and Houston Huffman, who was stillborn.
Uncle Lee will be greatly missed and forever loved by all who knew him.
The family will hold a celebration of life in his honor this spring at a baseball field or park. Details will be announced at a later date.
Carolina Cremation is honored to serve the Huffman family. Online condolences may be made at www.carolinacremation.com.

Uncle Lee Will be missed, but now he’s up in heaven with my dad Larry Huffman beside him. Uncle Lee lived with us from the time. I was five years old and until I got older he used to take me to the softball field and teach me how to play softball and baseball and then he used to take me all the time to go fishing at twin Lakes. where me, Uncle Lee, My Mom and Dad will stay all night fishing. Love you and will always miss you uncle Lee rest in peace.
