Amber Rose Hall, 30, of Salisbury, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014, at CMC-Main in Charlotte. She was born December 15, 1984, in Rowan County, NC.
Amber attended East Rowan area schools and graduated in 2003 from Henderson High School. She attended Providence United Methodist Church and enjoyed basketball and rooting for UNC Tarheels. Amber also enjoyed traveling to the beach and weight lifting.
Amber was preceded in death by her brother, Colton Chase Hall and grandparents, John Lang, Homer and Shirley Hall, and Brenda Gail Cauble.
She is survived by her father, Neal Hall and wife, Tasha C. Hall; mother, Kristy Lang and fiance, Ted Gelvin; grandparents, Mary Frances Lang and Paul Cauble; brothers, Devon Plaster and Aaron Gelvin; sisters, Candice Gelvin and Shannon Ridenhour; and special friend and companion, John.
The family will receive friends Friday, December 19 from 2:30 PM to 3:15 PM at Providence United Methodist Church in Salisbury.
A memorial service will follow at 3:30 PM Friday at Providence UMC, conducted by Rev. Aldana W. Allen, pastor.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Building Fund at Providence UMC, 6450 Bringle Ferry Road, Salisbury, NC 28146.
