Ann Marie Lee, 68, of Concord, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. Ann was born on November 18, 1944 in Johnson City, New York, daughter of the late Donald George and Ester Hartz Sterner. Ann was a graduate of Windsor High School, she worked in accounting before retiring to take care of her grandchildren.
Ann was a member of Mount Mitchell United Methodist Church, and she loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Ann is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Howard Lee on July 27, 2011.
Survivors: Ann is survived by her son, Mark William Lee and wife Dawn of Pooler, GA.; and daughter Debbie L. Farias of Concord; brothers, Fred Sterner of East Freetown, MA., and John Sterner of Lake City, FL. Ann is also survived by her grandchildren, Kayla Wright, Dylan Wright and Emma Lee.
There will be a Graveside Service on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at the Salisbury National Cemetery at 11:00 AM.
