Hi Dave,
I was so sad to hear about your wife. I hope your family has been able to be near for support. I’m sure I’ll see you you at softball someday, but don’t know when.
Take care.

From the moment I first saw that beautiful blonde on the patio in front of our neighboring dorms at SUNY Cobleskill back in the fall of 1971, I knew she would be the one and only true love of my life. On our first date I played Barbara Ann my Moody Blues album, “Days of Future Passed” We immediately claimed it as our love album.
Two years later my wish came true, and a couple of head over heels 20 years old went ahead and got married. We constantly learned about life as adults and grew together throughout the years.
We managed to save up for a down payment and bought our first house and then had two wonderful sons, Keith & Kevin.
We had to move around a lot because of my job with Bristol Labs. But Barbara was always supportive of any changes that were needed. And no matter where we lived she always found a nice place to work and made and kept new friends.
The last few years were extremely tough on Barbara. But she always managed to keep her beautiful smile and positive attitude through it all.
I’m so thankful to have spent 47 wonderful years married to Barbara Ann. Going forward I really have no idea how I’ll manage to get by the days without my “Sweetie”. But I’m sure she’ll still find a way to give me all the courage and inspiration I ‘ll need.
