Billy Franklin Hudson, 92, of Kannapolis, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury.

He was born February 6, 1928 in Concord, NC to the late Rufus Franklin Hudson and Zelma Goznell Hudson. He was a member of the The Church of God in Landis and a member of the Masonic Lodge.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by 7 brothers, Harold Eugene Hudson, James Milton Hudson, Rufus Hudson Jr., Hoyle Hudson, Doyle Hudson, Charles Edward Hudson, Danny Wayne Hudson, and sister, Colleen Hudson Gareau.

Billy is survived by sisters, Peggy Hudson Sams of Rockwell, NC and Carol Sue Hudson Buffalino of San Antonio, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.

There is no service scheduled at this time.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in the form of toys to Carolina Cremation for Operation Toy Soldier.
