Billy Ray Ingram, 69, of Salisbury passed away on Monday, March 10, 2014 at Novant Rowan Medical Center. Billy was born on August 13, 1944 in Rowan County, son of the late Toy Faggart and Mamie Lee Ingram Anderson.

Billy attended Price High School and graduated from Catawba-Rosenwald high School.

Billy is preceded in death by his father, Toy Faggart, his mother, Mamie Lee Ingram Anderson, and his step-father, Calvin Anderson.

Billy is survived by his daughter, Toni Estene Ingram, of Salisbury; son, Thurston Ray Ingram, of Salisbury; sister, Kay Ingram Huff, of Salisbury; grandchildren, Justin Anderson, Calvin Ingram, Kirsten Ingram, Christopher Omar Ingram and Bria Gardner, a host of cousins, and one aunt, Peggy Ingram.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday March 15, 2014 at the home of Thurston Ray Ingram at 5:00 PM.
