Cindy was one of my most treasured friends. She was always willing to help others and I will miss our talks and “quarter” venting sessions (we had quite a few). Her warm spirit and kindness will be missed by all and I will think of her every day. She fought so hard and her spirit touched us all. I will miss you “Cindy Lou” -my nickname for her. A real friend is so hard to come by and I am so blessed to have been able to call you my friend. I love you so much dear friend, and I know you are in such a better place now.

I worked with Cindy for several years. I will never forget her amazing laugh. It was simply captivating. She was one of the most dedicated and determined individuals with whom I have ever worked. She fought this awful disease with dignity and grace. We were all blessed for the opportunity to have worked with her. My sympathy to her family. May God wrap you in his arms and comfort you during this very difficult time. She will be greatly missed.

Cindy was an awesome lady and a great co-worker. The strength she demonstrated as she fought this disease was both amazing and inspiring. My deepest condolences to her family and friends. I have not seen Cindy since I left the company two years ago but I well remember her smile and her ability to laugh at every snag in her day. She was always quick to offer assistance and suggestions even to those somewhat outside her areas of responsibility and expertise. She was a quick and ready learner and never missed an opportunity to add new skills. She was a winner and thus a real loss. Even from a distance, I will find it hard to think of her as no longer being with us, but I know her faith was strong and that gives some peace.
Terri Brown says
Cindy was truly a special person. She was very passionate about her work. She will be missed, but just remember Revelation 21:4. “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” This is not good bye, it is Until we meet again.
Vicki Herrin says
I’m so glad I was able to know Cindy at work. She always had a smile for me when i came to her for questions or a signature. She was a precious daughter to Millard and Louise and I know their hearts are broken. May God grant peace to all her family. Cindy may you rest in peace, and rise in glory!

I had the privilege of knowing Cindy on many questions that I needed when I started with Lendlease. She was a true professional and would always answer and speak to you with a zest in her voice. She would make sure that when you were done she would make you laugh and feel comfortable that she would find out anything you needed to know that was within her power. And if she didn’t have an answer, she would make sure to get you a response. Though I never met her personally, speaking to her was if she was right there with you. She was a great person with a great heart and a great spirit. I wish her family all my condolences. God Bless Her Always.

Although I work in the NY office of Lendlease and have never met Cynthia in person, in my 28 years here the many emails back and forth, the many calls between us made me feel as though I knew her as a very caring and respectable person. She helped me tremendously throughout my time at Lendlease and I will truly miss her attentiveness, knowledge about the issues and her always being available when I needed her. I will always remember her for the kind person she always was to me.
