Dear Family, Debbie and I grew up together at Cabarrus County. We were both hired in the same year. She was a very giving person and fun to be around. She did alot for the residence of Cabarrus County in organizing several charitable campaigns such as coat drives and christmas present collections for needy families. She also donated her time to help others out. Keep in your memories what a giving individual your mother was and she will be remembered that way always. God Bless you all.

Oleda (Hinkle) Hirsch says
Debbie is my first cousin and I’m 5 years younger. I can remember that she was a good student and Uncle Howard & Aunt Helen were proud of her. Being the oldest child – she helped with the younger kids. Her smile was infectious and warm. It was never forced or fake. She was one of grandpa Hinkle’s “Ladybugs” as he like to call his granddaughters. I know that you are missing her deeply and pray that The Lord will comfort you and all of you will accept the gift of eternal life in Jesus Christ as she did and will be joined with her in Heaven. Love to all. Oleda
