Heartfelt sympathy to Terry Skeen and the entire family. Bill, his first wife Doris and I grew up together in Biscoe and were schoolmates and friends. We share many memories. Bill was one of Biscoe’s favorite sons. He played high school basketball and the saxophone in the school band. He was editor of the annual, a good student and was wildly popular. Dr. Skeen made his mark. May he rest in peace.
