Fred Thomas Moore went home to his creator April 1,2021. Born in Lancaster,SC to the late Helen Reeves Moore and Robert Moore. He was a Master Sergeant at the US Air Force. He was a Vietnam Vet. He also served as a General’s Aide and Superintendent of the Security Police.
Fred is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He loved the culinary arts and received an Associates Degree. He was great Chef. Fred loved to play golf and fishing. Also, to travel to his home in the Philippines, escaping the cool North Carolina winters.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Grace Moore, Mary Lou Moore, Robert Jr., and Johnny Moore; and his son, Reginald Moore.
Fred is survived by his spouse, Rosa Fe Moore; daughters, Crystal Moore, Tulanda Giffin, Samantha (Chris) Domio, and Natasha (Harvey) Glover; children, Rosa Belle Bernardo Devibar, Marc Ivan Bernardo, and Aaron Kyle Bernardo; sixteen grandchildren; many great grandchildren; siblings, Rayford Moore, Ozzie Moore, Mary Louise Miller, Eddie Moore, Penelope “Penny” (Don) Perry, Janice Moore, Barbara Ann Hudson, and Sandra Doster (Gregory); and a host of nieces and nephews.
There are no services scheduled at this time.
In lieu of flowers, a fund for his widow has been set up.

Fred and I grew up together in our teen years in Southside Homes, He was like a brother to me. He always looked me up when he came to town or back to the states. It was a blessing to be a friend of his. I will miss him greatly. May God smile down on you Fred my brother, rest in peace.
