Fredie Wayne Reams, 74, of Mooresville, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at his home in Mooresville, NC.
He was born May 12, 1944 in Charlotte, NC to the late Reuben and Thelma Wilson Reams. Fredie is a Veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of Community Baptist Church in Mooresville where he served as a Deacon, and he was a life member of the Salisbury DAV Post # 96.
Fredie enjoyed working on his truck, and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, Fredie was preceded in death by his son, Darly Reams, grandsons, David Wayne Mosley, and Joshua Mosley, and brother, Michael Reams.
Fredie is survived by his wife, Joyce Ann Reams, whom he married September 4, 1965; son, Christopher Wayne Reams and wife Shelly of Mooresville; daughter, Crystal McNeely of Mooresville; granddaughters, Shawna Siemers and husband Shawn, Jacqueline Reams, and April Reams; grandsons, Sean Reams, and Justin Reams; great-granddaughters, Skylar Mosley, Susanna Siemers, and Amaya Reams; sisters, Doris Stroupe, and Carolyn Foster; brothers, Ronnie Reams, and Roger Reams.
The family will greet friends and relatives on Saturday, February 16, 2019, 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Community Baptist Church of Mooresville.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 16, 2019, in the Community Baptist Church of Mooresville, 274 Langtree Rd, Mooresville, NC 28117 with Pastor Jonathan Smith. officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Community Baptist Church PO Box 202 Mount Mourn NC 28123.
