Harriette Ann Campbell Tussey, 74, of Lexington, passed away on Tuesday July 11, 2017 at the Lexington Health Care Center. Ms. Tussey was born on September 27, 1942 in Davidson County, NC to the late Lester Campbell and Mytle Benton Campbell.
Harriette was an avid reader who loved dogs and would take in any stray dog that needed to be taken care of. She also loved to go to the beach with her family.

n to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Marvin Eugene Tussey Sr.
She is survived by two sons, Gene Tussey and wife Glenna of Lexington, and Mike Tussey of Greensboro; grandchildren, Phillip Tussey of Lexington, Dylan Tussey of Minneapolis, MN, Dustin Tussey of Louisiana, and Maia Tussey of Greensboro; and close family and friends, Sherry Tyree and Mary Ann Westbrook.
Harriette will be buried at the Salisbury National Cemetery with her late husband Marvin Eugene Tussey Sr..

Gene, Michael and family….your mom has always been a very special person in my life. I will forever remember the many times when your mom and dad would be at our house when we were younger. My mom and dad loved playing ROOK together. Love you all very much
