James E. Bass Jr. “Jim”, 70, of Salisbury, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2023.

He was born January 10, 1953 in Aiken, SC to the late James Bass and Rosemary Lilibridge Bass Russell. His last place of employment was at Arch Tech of North Carolina which he enjoyed working for.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his daughter Amanda Rose McCraven.

James is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Brenda Kaye Bass, son Jason, three grandsons, three granddaughters and one great-granddaughter; one brother and one sister.

Jim’s wishes were to be cremated with no services. A gathering of family and friends will be held on August 5, 2023 from 2-5pm at Chuck Mathena Center, 2 Stafford Commons, Princeton, WV.
