James Phillip Clement Sr., 85, of Mocksville, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025.

He was born October 30, 1939 in Mocksville, NC to the late Wilson and Azzilee Lee Pulliam Clement.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his siblings, Wilson Clement Jr., Sarah Harris, Dorothy Stacy, Ruth Mayfield, and Ruby Peterson.

James is survived by his wife, Rhonda Clement; children, James “Jimmy” Clement Jr. (Ella); Eliot Clement (Niche); Theresa Clement; Sharonn Pope (Brian); and Karen Williams; stepchildren, Toni Brown (David); and Milton Tolbert (Lauren); as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and cherished aunts, Lillian Pulliam; and Martha Pulliam; nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

There will be a memorial service held at 3pm on April 26, 2025 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1304 County Home Road, Mocksville, NC.
