John Fischer, 60, of Salisbury, passed away Friday, July 10, 2026

He was born May 9, 1966 in Queens, New York to Charles Fischer and the late Jan Story Fischer. He had a lifelong passion for working on cars and was a talented mechanic who could fix just about anything. Known as a true jack of all trades. He found his greatest joy outdoors, especially while fishing.

In addition to his mother, John was preceded in death by his Sister, Janet Winecoff.

John is survived by his Daughter, Kari Eagle (Stephen); Grandchildren, Noah and Riley Eagle; Sister, Sandra Fischer; Brother, Sonny Fink (Lisa); Nephew, Zachary Fink (Cansas); Two Nieces, Taylor Winecoff, Brianna Fink (Jessica);

A gathering will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Dan Nicholas Park, Shelter 10, Salisbury, NC 28146
