Joseph Lee Ollis, 71, of Salisbury, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at NC State Veterans Home in Salisbury, NC.
He was born April 6, 1947 in Avery County, NC the late Bruce Ollis and Zola Houston Ollis. He received a Bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University and proudly served in the United States Navy.
In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by Linda Jarrett Ollis.
Joe is survived by 4 brothers, 2 sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial service held on Friday, December 21st, 4:00pm at The Rebos Club of Rowan, 314 Depot St. Salisbury, NC 28144.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Rebos Club of Rowan, 314 Depot St. Salisbury, NC 28144.
