Dear Chuck and the entire Schmidt family. I know our most gracious heavenly father has his plans mapped out for each of us from conception. I can not imagine having to endure the type of loss you’ve had to endure. I am so sorry. I know Kristapher was only here on earth a short time for us to enjoy knowing. You did a wonderful job raising a loving caring young man. He has always been a blessing to Joe and I and he will be missed. Please know my heart is broken and if there is anything at all I can do just let me know.
love Chrissy

I am so sorry for your loss. When we lose a love ones in death it is very difficult for us, but to lose a child can be devastating. The Bible gives us good advice when we are going through times like this. It tells us to not be afraid or anxious because God is with us, he will fortify us and help us.(Isaiah 41:10). Look to Almighty God, who is not responsible for death but has promised that he will do away with death forever and those who have died will live again.(John5:28,29 & Job 34:10). This is a wonderful prospect for our love ones to live again. May the God of comfort be with you at this most difficult time.
