Larry Gene Trexler, 75, of Rockwell, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2022 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice House in Winston Salem, surrounded by family. He was born on December 20, 1946 in Gold Hill, to the late Earl Trexler and Thelma Glover Trexler. Larry proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
Larry worked as a Professional Truck Driver and retired from CFI in Joplin MD, after 38 years. He enjoyed working in his yard and playing darts in his spare time.
In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his four brothers and four sisters.
Larry is survived by his wife, Constance Elaine Trexler of Rockwell; sisters, Marjorie Safrit of Rockwell, and Ann Sherman (Mike) of Salisbury; brothers, James Trexler of Rockwell, and Eddie “Red Bone” Trexler of Gold Hill; and a step-daughter, Malisa Nettles of Goose Creek, SC.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
