Lois Evelyn Baity Beckham, 87, of China Grove, peacefully passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022 at her home.

She was born September 15, 1934 in Alexander County, NC to the late Rose Baity and Zula Millsaps Baity. She worked and retired from Cannon Mills. In her spare time, she enjoyed making floral arrangements, gardening, coloring, reading her Bible and loved to baked sweets. Her greatest joy were her sons, whom she loved dearly. Lois was a member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her son, Roger “Myron” Beckham, who passed in 1977; and 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Lois is survived by her son, Terry Beckham of China Grove, NC; sisters, Lucille and Ellen; grandchildren, Andy Beckham and Kristina Beckham, both of China Grove; 2 great-granddaughters and 1 great-grandson on the way.

There is no service scheduled at this time. Her final resting place will be with her son at West Lawn Cemetery.
