Pastor Boyd Joyce says
Dear Family of Mary Alice,
Mary Alice was a dear friend and she will be greatly missed. I am very honored to have been her pastor the years I lived in Albemarle and served Bethel United Methodist Church. I knew she had begun chemo, but I was shocked to hear about her passing. We were able to talk a few times this summer and it was so good just to share good times. May GOD give you all peace and bless your family!
Sincerely in CHRIST!
