Maxine Reeder Dvoracek, 82, of Salisbury, NC, passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020.
She was born August 5, 1938 in Dothan, AL to the late R. Maxie Reeder and Era Peterson Reeder.
In addition to her parents, Maxine was preceded in death by her sister, Helen Reeder Vollman.
Maxine is survived by her husband Dwayne Dvoracek; sister, Louise Reeder Hall; children, Carrie Eller Wolf & Christopher Eller; 3 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held pending resolution of coronavirus restrictions.

Dwayne: I’m still trying to accept the fact that Maxi is no longer with us. I can never express in words the love I had/have for this woman. I will never forget our happy times together. I catch myself smiling when I remember some of our crazy antics. My thoughts and prayers are with you. You are a strong independent man and will do fine.

I am so sorry that we have lost Maxie. We had such wonderful times together. I will miss our times of laughter so hard that we were nearly kicked out of restaurants because we couldn’t stop laughing. I didn’t know Maxi for very long. We sat beside of each other in Sunday School.
We laughed and talked and enjoyed each others company. I felt so honored when
she asked me to come to her 80th birthday dinner with her long time friends.
Dwayne, I didn’t meet you and I am so very sorry for your loss. I did meet your daughter
when she was here visiting. I am very familiar with the loss of a loved one. Our promise of

Dwayne, I am so sorry for your loss. Maxine was a delight to be around and always kept us laughing. The neighborhood has missed her for awhile, as we were use to seeing her walk her dog, and was always a fun, loving person. What a wonderful person we have lost.

Dwayne and family, my deepest condolences to you all. Maxine,My siblings, and I were double first cousins. I remember her being a very spirited somewhat,wild ,wonderful woman.
