Nancy Lynn Pratt, 62, of Salisbury, North Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.

Nancy was born on May 24, 1964, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Herman Neumann and Barbara Risberg Neumann.

Nancy found joy in making a house into a home. She loved renovating her homes, baking beautiful cakes for birthdays and special celebrations, and creating lasting memories with those she loved. Above all else, her greatest happiness came from spending time with her grandchildren, who brought endless joy to her life.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her brother, Kurt, and her beloved grandchild, Carter.

She leaves behind her beloved husband, Patrick Pratt, her Mickey to her Minnie, whose love, laughter, and devotion to one another were evident to all who knew them. She is also survived by her children, Barbara (Jose), Steven (Jamie), Jennifer (Delona), Zachary (Becky), and Christene (Ryan); and her thirteen cherished grandchildren: Axiyana, Alexander, Kaiden, Elizabeth, Brantley, Delona, Brendon, Zariah, Greyson, Devin, Sunnie, Guinevere, and Cooper.

Nancy will be remembered for her loving heart, creative spirit, and unwavering devotion to her family. She had a gift for making people feel welcome, whether through a homemade cake, a beautifully renovated home, or simply by spending time with the people she loved most. Her kindness, generosity, and the countless memories she created with her family will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

Though she will be deeply missed, her love will continue to live on through her family, and the memories she created will be treasured for generations to come.

Celebration of life will be announced by the family.
