Patricia “Pat” Owens Brown, 67, of Rockwell, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at the Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House surrounded by family. She was born on September 18, 1948 in Washington D.C. to the late DY and Thelma (Wilburn) Owens.
She was a member of Organ Lutheran Church and she enjoyed square dancing with her husband and swimming at the YMCA. Patricia was avid reader and she collected all kinds of things, especially anything that had to do with Elvis Presley and Lighthouses. She loved to spend time with her family and friends which included going on a cruise and fishing at the beach.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Owens.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Larry Chester Brown; two daughters, Cheri Daniels and husband Phillip of Salisbury, and Robin Bost of Faith; a son, Christopher Casper and wife Crystal of Salisbury; a brother, Dusty Owens of Woodleaf; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday July 10, 2016 at 4:00 PM at the Columbarium at Organ Lutheran Church (1515 Organ Church Rd., Salisbury, NC 28146), conducted by Pastor Carlin Ours.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the General Fund at Organ Lutheran Church (1515 Organ Church Rd., Salisbury, NC 28146).

so sorry for your loss.Pat will be missed.by everyone that knew her.Pat sanda and I grow up together in DC. we had a lot of good times together.havent seen pat cents uncle George passed away.we talk a few times on the phone and on FB.she was a very good person.god bless you all.
