Raymond Eugene Hall, 86, of Cary, formerly of Kannapolis and Binghamton, NY passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at his daughter’s residence.

He was born February 23, 1935 in South Montrose, PA to the late Eugene Hall and Nina Strang Hall. Raymond worked as a Television Service Technician for RCA and in retirement for Enterprise Rent A-Car.

In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by the love of his life, wife, Myrtle and his very loving in laws, Ralph and Louise Staff. He is also predeceased by his sister Anita Bosket.

Raymond is survived by daughter, Kim Huck (Mike) of Cary, NC; sons Scott, of Kannapolis, NC , Ray (Lisa), of Arizona and David (Jennifer) of Salibury. Ray is also survived by one brother, Tom of Binghamton, NY and Brother in law, David Staff (Kathy) of Binghamton. He is also survived by grandchilden Jon and Tina Huck, Rachael Love, Jennifer , Kristin and Daniel (Brittany) Hall, Allison and Logan Hall, Ryan (Alexis) and Megan Hall and Stephen Manzo (Kristen) , as well as 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at 3HC hospice, especially Pam, RN for the wonderful care of our dad. Dad resided at Jordan Oaks independent living facility, many thanks go out to the staff there for their support over the past few years, as well as Legacy HC services, especially Heather and Lisa who were always kind to dad and put in extra effort to make sure that he was taken care of.
Ray never met a stranger in his life, he will be deeply missed by many people, especially his loving family. He was a kind, generous and loving man with many friends.
There will be a memorial service held Monday, June 7th 1pm at Mount Olivet Methodist Church, 301 Mt. Olivet Rd., Concord, NC 28085.

    Dear Kim n Mike and family,

    So sorry that you lost your dad, but I’m sure he’s smiling with your mom. He was blessed to have u n Mike in his life. You both were so good to him , and he knew it. Blessed to meet and hang with your folks at the dance recitals.

    Thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of celebration & Greater Peace and Comfort offered my nieces and nephews and family left beside my brother, Raymond’s passing into Glory. God Be With You in your time of reflections on June 7th.
