Rev. Jeffrey Scott Pressley, 53, of Salisbury passed away on March 8, 2013 at Rowan Regional Medical Center. Rev. Pressley was born on August 25, 1959 in Cabarrus County, son of the late Ronald Rayvon Pressley and Bobbie Elaine Edwards Kivi.

Rev. Pressley was a 1977 graduate of A.L. Brown High School, he was a member of Landis Baptist Church, and was very active as a Guest Minister to several local churches when he was able. He loved Gospel music and playing the guitar when he was able.

Rev. Pressley is survived by his sisters, Teresa Pressley Purkey of Kannapolis, Kelly Kivi Meacham and husband Scott of Salisbury, and Carrie Pressley of Charleston, S.C. Brother, Ronnie Pressley, Jr. of Maryland. Nieces, Heather Knight, Holly Steen, Kaitlin Steen, Jessye Allman and Ashton Allman; and nephew, Sammie Mascaro of Ocala, FL. Aunt, Sybil McKinney and husband Max; Cousin, Crystal Moore and husband Jimmy and their children Seth and McKinney.
