Ricky Dean Gallimore, 57, of Salisbury, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury, NC surrounded by family.
He was born December 9, 1968 in Salisbury, NC to the late James Lando Gallimore Sr. and Mary Ann Doby. He graduated from East Rowan High School and worked for the Department of Transportation in Cabarrus County. Ricky proudly served in the United States Navy. He was a member of Luther’s Lutheran Church in Richfield. In his spare time he enjoyed cooking, fishing and spending time with family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandparents, Bethel and Mae Gallimore; and Nora Belle Doby.
Ricky is survived by his wife, Angela Lentz Kiser; step children, Michael Kiser and Andrea Kiser; sister, Barbara Clawson; brother, James “Noodle” Gallimore Jr. (Valerie Cook); grandchildren, Boe, Cash, Ashton, and Dilly; niece, Dreama Shuping; and nephew, James Michael Gallimore.
Ricky was a loving husband, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.
There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date.
