So sorry to learn of Bob’s passing. We spent about 10 years as good friends during our youth, primarily through Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and the Explorers. We did tons of weekend camping trips, summer Scout Camps and a couple of really fun Myrtle Beach trips together during this growing up time. He was ambitious, and hard working, and his family was exceedingly generous in support of our scouting organization.

We largely lost contact after High School, but I am happy to know that, notwithstanding his more recent health challenges, he had a good and successful life, filled with people who loved him. I trust he is now resting well in God’s peace.

Bob, I treasure the years that I was able to call you my friend! Rest well!

We were sorry to hear about Bob’s passing. Bob was always willing to accommodate a neighbor and friend. We’ll never forget his help getting up a large tree branch in the driveway with his chain-
saw. We missed you both when you moved to Salisbury. Bob was a good man and the world was
a better place for him having been here. We send our thoughts and prayers. Johnnie and Mary Jones

I was so sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. Bob and I became friends and used to walk around the neighborhood together to exercise. After he moved and he came back to town he would come by and visit with me. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this difficult time.
