Sherry Ann Howard Kegeris, 47, of Gold Hill, peacefully passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House in Salisbury.
She was born June 27, 1971 in Cincinnatti, OH to Rolf Howard and the late Kathleen Abrams Howard. She graduated from Harrison Central High School in Gulfport, MS and attended the University of South Florida. Sherry worked as a server at O’Charleys in Salisbury for over 12 years and in her spare time enjoyed traveling, makeup and her bearded dragon, Khaleesi.
In addition to her mother, Sherry was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Sherry is survived by her husband of 23 years, Darrell Kegeris; daughter, Brandy Kegeris of Chapel Hill; two sons, Joshua Kegeris of Chapel Hill and Dylan Kegeris of the home; father, Rolf Howard (Gail Abrams) of Florida; sister, Dawn Hopkins (Jack) of Biloxi, MS; sister, Christie Howard of Florida; and nephew, David Wilson.
There will be a celebration of life held at 3 PM on Tuesday, November 20th at Rockwell Park, 699 Lake Dr. Rockwell, NC 28138.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials may be made to Dylan’s College Fund.
