At the age of 44, Teresa Dawn Lewis (Stiltner), of Sydney Kentucky, resided in Lexington North Carolina, went to be with our Lord and Savior on December 05, 2018, after an unexpected accident.
Teresa was so many things to so many people. She was a mother, spouse, friend, daughter and sibling. But her favorite was being a Nanny. Instant love the day her granddaughter was born, within seconds she had her wrapped around her little fingers.
Forgiveness was just as important to Teresa as being a loyal and understanding friend. To know her was to love her to love her was to understand her. Her cheerful attitude bright smile and words of wisdom will be missed dearly.
Left to cherish Teresa’s memories are her Daughter Tisha & fiancé Crystal Greenamyer – Granddaughter EmberLynn Dawn (Sidekick). Her Mother Patricia Silvers her siblings Terena Bolin (Frankie), Ada Roberts (Donald) and Keith Stilter (Betty) – all of Lexington, NC. Life Partner Susan and stepchildren Landon, Cheyenne, Madison and Brianna, Father n Law LeRoy Cabe of Lexington NC. Nephews Adam, Bryan (Christina) and Aseret her niece Abby, her Best-Friend Heidi Silvers (Sarah), and so many more close friends.
Celebration of Life will be held at Place of Praise (158 Arnold Rd. Lexington, NC) December 15, 2018 @ 12pm.
T we will forever adore and remember you – we will stand taller and stronger, knowing you are now watching over us.

There are no words to explain how greatly she’ll be missed. No matter how long it had been since we had seen each other, Teresa always had a big bear hug and a smile ready when we did, and it was like no time had passed at all since the last. One of the strongest and most compassionate women I have ever been fortunate enough to know. Love ya Bub…
