Timothy Joel Ross, 54, of Lexington passed away on Monday, November 4, 2013 at his residence. Timothy was born on September 16, 1959 in Buffalo, New York, a son of Tracy Ross, Jr. and the late Evanell Float Ross.
Timothy was a 1978 graduate of Iroquios High School in New York, and had worked for Norfolk Southern as a Carman. He enjoyed fishing, boating and riding his motorcycle. Timothy loved spending time with his family.
In addition to his mother, Timothy is preceded in death by his brother, Tracy Ross, III.
Timothy is survived by his wife of over 31 years, Susan Marie Ross whom he married on December 5, 1981. Sons, Nicholas Jason Ross and wife Christi, Andrew Steven Ross and wife Heather, and Joshua Ross all of Lexington. Daughter, Shannon Lester and husband Bill of Lexington. Sister-in-Law, Kath y Ross, brother, Lance Ross and wife Janice of Lexington. Sisters, Lavonne Pinski and husband Leonard of Fort Mill, SC, and Patsy Krah and husband Robert of Holland, NY. Grandchildren, Kenna, Jason, Lexi and Evelyn.
There will be Memorial Service at a later date.

The family would like to thank Hospice of Davidson County for their Care and Support during Timothy’s illness.
