Stacy and Renee Walser says
We were so saddened to see that Toby had passed. Toby had cut my hair, my two kids for several years. She had us laughing so hard for the whole time we were at her house. She always had a big smile on her face. There were times she had Bull dog puppies that also kept us entertained. I am sure you will miss her positive manner and her laughing stories. I doubt she ever knew a stranger. Blessings to Toby’s family.
