Words cannot express the impact and inspiration Valerie had on so many people! Her innocence and love she expressed was pure and touched so many people and without her knowing or trying! Her smile lit up any room she was in! The love she and Phillip had was the love most people wish they could find. They were two individuals completely in Love with one another! When they were together they were the happiest they could be! Valerie was such a sweetheart, and made friends where ever she went! It breaks my heart for the family of this precious young lady! Know many thoughts and prayers are with you guys! Olive Garden will never be the same! R.I.P Valerie!

To the Parents of Valerie Shaak
First of all, I am so very sorry about the death of your daughter.it is the most catastrophice thing that can happen to a Mother and Father!
I say this because my wife know the situation very very well. It just plain sucks. No one can understand just how you feel and just how heartbroken you are!
My wife and I are in our late sixties and have been married for 47 years. Both of our sons passed away. One in 2010 and the other in 2012. It changes a lot of lives. My wife and I are Christians! Jesus comes first! And he will move closer to you during your confusion and sorrow over this devastating loss. Talk to him he has the answers. We are human during our life here on earth. Your daughter is in a far better place. And you both will be with her one day and rejoice in the grand reunion for eternity.
God be with you! The Murphy’s
