Vickie Rae Hinson, 72, of Salisbury, passed away Friday, May 22, 2026 at her home from natural causes.
She was born April 23, 1954 in Cabarrus County, NC to the late Clyde Hinson and Helen Linker Hinson. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was always there for her children and was loved by everyone who met her.
In addition to her parents, Vickie was preceded in death by her brother, Tony Linker and sister, Lunda Furr.
Vickie is survived by daughter, Shawn (Rusty) Holley; son, Chad (Jamie) Clark; sister, Sharon (Joe); brother, Ronnie (Peggy); 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
There is no service scheduled at this time.

I have known Shawn wes and her mom for many years . She’s a very loving caring kind soul spirt and person . Who is and will truly be missed . A memory of her mom . Shawn i I were doing something one day and her mom you two are like sister with different moms .
