Yvonne Shashura, 59, of Kannapolis, NC, passed peacefully while at home on May 24, 2025, just two days before her 60th birthday.
Born in Gary, Indiana, on May 26, 1965, Yvonne lived a life full of heart, faith, and joy.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Roy and June Shashura, and grandparents Ray and Ann Maxwell and Pap and Nana Shashura. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jeff Cramner; stepsons Collin Cramner and wife Anya, and Matt Cramner and fiancée Emma Sexton; cousins Lauree Slagle and Melinda Baker; her beloved fur babies, Preston and Tuxie; and many loving friends.
Yvonne worked in the retail industry for 25 years, a chapter of her life she remembered with great fondness. She was a proud and active member of Factory Church, where she found deep community and purpose. Yvonne loved to travel, whether it was soaking in a quiet day at the beach or panning for gems in the mountains. Music was a constant joy in her life, and she rarely passed up the chance to see a concert. She was also an enthusiastic volunteer, a loyal Steelers fan, a dedicated crafter, a bird watcher, and had a special love for sunflowers. Yvonne had a remarkable ability to see beauty in everything and everyone. Her unwavering faith, kind heart, and radiant spirit touched everyone she met. Even in the
hardest moments, she carried herself with grace and optimism. She often shared her testimony with others, offering hope, encouragement, and a little Jesus.
A celebration of Yvonne’s life will be announced at a later date.

Yvonne was such a a wonderful person. We worked together in our retail days, her not even realizing how she impacted me. I learned a lot from her. Such a fun lady too.
In the end we connected with our love of art. She always encouraged me with positive words of kindness.
Yes, I will remember my friend with fond ess and the kindness she showed me ….

Yvonne was my cousin. We shared the same last name and the same warm qualities that our family was known for. Thanks to social media, I was given the opportunity to reach out to both her and her mother June. Though far in distance, I know that her heart was never far from touching myself and others. I will miss her silly pup updates and Her open love for her faith. May her presence be carried on through those who loved her.

I looked forward to Yvonne’s hugs and warm smile each week I greeted at Factory. Her joy was infectious. I’m grateful to have known Yvonne and for the impact she made on me. While I’m sad for us here on earth, I’m so excited she is healed and whole in the presence our of Savior. What a true blessing!
